Sean brings more than 25 years of experience across technology, energy, infrastructure, natural resources, and complex enterprise projects in North America, Asia, and Europe. His career has consistently placed him between technical capability and practical application — working with engineers, technology developers, corporations, government agencies and commercial partners to move complex projects forward. His experience spans energy storage, rare-earth resource technology, smart grids, green data centers, environmental and water systems, smart-city infrastructure, enterprise technology and real assets.

Karen brings more than two decades of experience helping businesses grow, reposition and find new opportunities across Greater China and international markets. Her career across media, marketing, technology and business leadership has developed an instinct for looking beyond how something is used, sold or positioned today — and asking where else it could create value. She brings an outside-in commercial perspective to opportunities: identifying potential customers and applications, shaping propositions, developing routes to market and connecting capabilities with changing market demand.
At Muir Collective, Karen focuses on turning that perspective into commercial paths — helping technologies, businesses and assets find the markets, business models, partners and positioning that can take them further.
